PURPOSE OF JOB:

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Technical Officer, VP Growth Strategies and International, COO Labs & Telehealth and additional Vice Presidents on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should be proactive, resourceful and have exceptional organizational skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be a master in relationship building and ready to communicate constantly, not only across the company, but externally as well. The candidate will be expected to provide a high level of discrete and professional administrative assistance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.

  • Engage deeply in the day-to-day operations, effectively prioritizing tasks, meetings and correspondence.

  • Make travel arrangements for executives both domestic and internationally.

  • Responsible for processing executives’ expense reports in a timely manner.

  • Draft, edit and proofread business correspondence.

  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for off-site functions and events, when necessary.

  • Will often times be asked to participate in meetings in which one would be expected to record, transcribe, organize and distribute meeting minutes.

  • Assist with the business administrative requirements of the executive teams when needed.

  • Work flexible hours when necessary.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • 1 – 2 years of Executive Assistant experience.

  • Experience supporting multiple executives’/team leaders at once.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously while managing priorities.

  • Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality at all times.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with industry leaders and executives.

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The employee is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. Extensive phone work, typing and data entry. The employee frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Travel up to the 25% under normal circumstances.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position is based out of the NYC location on a Hybrid Schedule.

The employee will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The employee is frequently required to use a calculator, fax, copy machine, and phone system.

The Target Pay Range for this position is $43.50 - $50.00 hourly. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
