VCA Animal Hospitals Veterinary Client Service Representative in Los Angeles, California
VCA Animal Specialty Group (ASG) is seeking experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representatives. MEDICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED .
We are looking for candidates that believe in high quality, compassionate care. Applicants should have at least 1 year of veterinary or medical CSR/DA experience. We are located 10 minutes from the heart of Downtown, Los Angeles.
Schedule: 10 hours, 4 days/week
Shifts : Swing and overnight
Compensation range: $20-$26
Overnight shift differential: $1
Overtime opportunities: With manager approval
Below are some skills one must be proficient in for this position:
Communicate with clients (greet and check-in clients upon arrival, answer phones, present estimates, charge out, discuss euthanasia and aftercare, etc.)
Ensure clients are having an overall excellent experience
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Process payment transactions, including care Credit and Scratch Pay.
Obtain medical records from referring pDVMs
Send and receive emails, texts, Teams messages and phone calls
Ensure the lobby, restrooms, and exam rooms are clean and presentable
Manage medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
